Schedule

Check-in is on Wednesday, April 16, 2008 between 2:00 p.m. – 6:00 p.m. or on Thursday, April 17, 2008 between 5:00 a.m. – 7:00 a.m.

 

Unloading

Exhibitors may unload in front of the Conference Center and proceed to a parking space once unloading is complete.  There will be help available to escort you to your table, carry items in and collect your door prize.

Below is useful information for exhibiting.

 

Session Information

Please check the session information to see what time and in what room you will be presenting.  Arrive at least 15 minutes prior to your presentation time so that you are ready to go when attendees arrive.  Please end your session on time to allow for the next presenter to get set up. 

 

A Room Attendant will be available in each room to help to get you setup to present.  
 

 

Hospitality Room

A hospitality room will be available next to Kerr if you’d like to get away from your table for a break.  We will have drinks, snacks and a phone available for your use.

 

Lunch

The same lunch will be provided on both floors.  You may eat lunch at your leisure anytime between 11:30 a.m. – 1:30 p.m.  Lunchrooms Uvalde/Wilson/Zavala (First Floor) and Maple/Mesquite/Oak/Pecan (Second Floor).  Follow the signs for the lunch line location.

 

Door Prize Passports

You will be given a stamp to validate attendee passports.

Attendees have been provided with two (2) door prize passports, one for each day.  Door prizes will be given away based on that person having visited your table and receiving a stamp from you.  Door prize winners must be present to win.  Don’t forget to bring your door prize.  It is required and will be collected at check-in.

 

We get them to you, you have to keep them…

 

E-mail Stations

Computers will be located on the Second Floor outside Maple and in Cedar for you to check your e-mail.
