Evaluation will be conducted throughout the year to provide for an effective and efficient ABE Program. An evaluation plan, based on accomplishment of the program objectives, has been developed and will be followed. The administrative staff and program supervisor will visit the classes to review records and talk to teachers, aides and students. They will be evaluating certain parts of the ABE Program and personnel. In addition to this evaluation plan, program observation record forms, student evaluations, staff evaluations and annual program narrative reports are completed. Each approach is designed to provide information on the quality of instructional programming and service.
