  • Coordination of migrant services
  • Early childhood education
  • Graduation enhancement/dropout prevention
  • Identification and recruitment of migrant students
  • New Generation System for Migrant Student Record Transfer
  • Secondary Credit Exchange and Accrual
  • Parent Involvement

Identification and recruitment services are provided in non-project districts.
