U.S. 49 CFR, Part 382 et al. requires all supervisors of CDL drivers attend mandatory one-time training on drug and alcohol abuse. To that end, we provide a CDL Supervisor's Drug and Alcohol training class to all new supervisors of participating consortium members. This training has thus far been presented without charge. Classes are normally held once a year in October or February. A letter to all districts provides class notification.
