In the RSCCC system, all data for the district exists in a single database. This means that district-wide standards are easy to enforce so that data consistency across the district can be maintained. Further, since there is no requirement to first merge files and reconcile discrepancies, this feature greatly simplifies generation of district-wide reports and aggregation of data such as that for PEIMS.
