Through regularly updated documentation, online Help screens, and training, users are kept informed about changes to the software. Regional training is available for the entire RSCCC product family including software release training. Furthermore, support is backed by a state-wide network of highly qualified consultants and during the initial year of implementation, on-site support from qualified RSCCC personnel is available.
