iTCCS Budget Change Request (BCR) is a sub-system that allows personnel responsible for the fiscal needs of an organization, campus, department, division, etc. to request that monies be moved from one budget code to another.Users will be allowed to request funds, to which they have access, to be transferred from one budget code to another through the use of a work flow process.This change request is then processed through a list of approvers before the change is actually made to the general ledger.A system generated e-mail is sent to approvers when a BCR is pending their approval.
