Employee Access

iTCCS Employee Access allows employees to access information related to their earnings, leave, and W-2 information. Depending on the district options chosen, employees may view up to 18 months of check stub data; year-to-date leave earned, used, and balances (including any unprocessed transactions entered for future payrolls); and an unlimited number of years of W-2 data.

The security for Employee Access is self-administering and allows employees to define their own user ID, password, and hint question. If an employee forgets his user ID or password, the system will send the employee an e-mail with this information, provided he has entered validation information and correctly answered the hint question.
