Cancellation Policy
There is no charge for rooms cancelled more than two weeks prior to meeting date. There is a$100.00 charge per room for cancellations requested within two weeks of the scheduled event. The full fee will be charged if the meeting rooms are cancelled within 48 hours of the event.
Change Requests Please notify Reservations at room_reservations@esc20.net of any changes to enrollment and/or room setup no later than two days prior to the event.
Although the Reservation Department makes every attempt to honor room assignments, these assignments are subject to change with little notification.

Meeting Rooms
The Education Service Center, Region20 (ESC-20) Conference Center contains a total of twenty-eight continuously updated meeting rooms to fulfill the needs of the educational community, as well as outside organizations. Our facilities consist of twenty-five multi-purpose conference rooms and three technology labs.
