Special Ed & 504 Changes to federal law will mean that CTE instructors will see more students in their classrooms who qualify for Section 504 protections. Participants in this session will receive tips on properly following plans developed for both the Section 504 and special education student and other ways to ensure that your actions keep the District in compliance with the law.
