STaR Chart, Technology Planning and E-Rate Assistance Instructional Technology staff provides assistance to districts with the development and revision of technology plans to meet the recommendations for LEAs in the Long Range Plan for Technology 2006-2020, as well as to meet requirements for NCLB Title II, Part D and E-Rate funding.
