ESC-20 provides training and technical assistance to school districts as they conduct activities required by Performance-Based Monitoring and Interventions. Services are available in the following areas:

• Accountability monitoring and interventions;
• Program monitoring and interventions, including data validation monitoring and investigation; and
• Administration of certain court orders and/or consent decrees, including those related to Civil Action 5281 and the RF Monitoring system.
