Training and technical assistance are provided to district transition contacts and vocational adjustment coordinators in the development and implementation of effective transition services and interagency collaboration. Free bimonthly meetings are provided during the school year to inform district personnel of changes in federal and state regulations, update district personnel on agency services, and to present effective practices that enhance the transition planning process.
