2013 - 2014 Cycle
Fees are the responsibility of the candidate and are due according to the schedule of Program Fees 2013-2014.
TOPP accepts money orders, checks, VISA and MASTERCARD. We do not accept American Express, Discover or cash payments.
TOPP also has available to teacher candidates an automated billing process which allows the teacher candidate to give a down payment as fees become due and have a scheduled automated monthly charge to a bank account or accepted credit card for the balance of fees due. This service allows the teacher candidates to budget monthly and meet fee obligations.
During the Internship cycle, the candidate may choose to pay the internship fee 1) up front in full, 2) half due in the fall balance due in spring 3) monthly automated billing. All program fees must be paid in full before we will recommend for the standard certification.
