Energy Coaching for Educational Professionals

Our unique professional coaching program is designed for educational leaders interested in mastering the professional and emotional challenges of academic leadership while building cultures of continuous improvement.  

Your coach training includes three live, interactive and experiential weekends:

• The Life Potentials Training
• Creating and Sustaining Academic Excellence
• Advanced Coaching for Educational Professionals

The in-class modules:
The Life Potentials  module is a three-day intensive program.  Creating and Sustaining Academic Excellence and Advanced Coaching for Educational Professionals are two-day sessions.  Each module is designed to offer information, experience, and practice in a very supportive and nurturing environment, designed for maximum learning and enjoyment.   We utilize many different mediums to enhance the learning process including videos, role-playing, modeling, learning games and coaching simulations.
 
Live client hours:
You will acquire about 18 hours of live coaching experience with peers, both as a coach and as a client, under email and phone supervision, beginning after the Life Potentials Training. This works out to about 1 hour per week.  

Teleclasses:
Additional learning and development occurs during our teleclasses. These sessions go for up to 90 minutes each, and are required for graduation. Sessions are recorded for your convenience. We additionally have an extensive audio resource library where you can hear coaching demos and download coaching tools. 

One-to-one skill development mentor coaching:
You will be assigned a credentialed coach as a mentor who will help with coaching comprehension as well as offer extensive feedback, evaluation, and strategies to improve your coaching ability.

To summarize, included in your tuition, you receive:

• The 40+ hour Life Potentials Training

The total tuition for all of the above is $3,800.
