The Food Purchasing Cooperative will solicit bids for and coordinate the purchase of food service items and distribution of these items. This bid would include commonly used food items and nonfood items such as cups, plates, etc. The participation fee is $1,000.
The Commodity Processing Cooperative will solicit bids for and coordinate the purchase of food processing services using USDA commodity food products that districts receive. For example, commodity chicken can be processed into chicken nuggets. The participation fee is $300.00
