Master’s degree from an accredited institution with a GPA of at least 3.0 on a 4.0 scale
Valid Texas Teaching Certificate and a minimum of two years teaching experience
Three years of leadership responsibility (e.g., department/grade level chair, team leader, site- based team member, or a management position supervising at least three other degreed professionals)
Passing scores on the TASP (if not a Texas-certified educator)
Recommendation from current supervisor and at least two other professionals
Completed application
Acceptance by formal interview following completion of a structured profile instrument
