Teachers ordering materials from the Living Science Materials Center should follow these instructions:

Be sure to include your email address when ordering, so that your order can be processed. Confirmation notices will be sent by email.
State the exact amount of each item desired, i.e. 6 each, 6 sets, etc. Check the online catalog for information on how items are packed.
PLEASE NOTE……
To receive your order in a timely manner, the order must be placed online by 12:00 pm two days previous to your shipping date (example: an order placed before 12:00 noon on Tuesday, can be shipped on Thursday. If you have a Monday shipping date, place your order by noon on Thursday). Orders received after 12:00 noon, will be shipped the following week on your shipping date.
Orders may be picked up in person at:

Pickup hours are 3:00 pm - 5:00 pm.
Orders for in-person pickup must be placed online no later than 12:00 Noon one day prior to pickup.
The Living Science Center is open Monday through Friday from 8:00 a.m. until 5:00 p.m.
Some materials require special ordering instructions. This information is noted beside the item listing in the catalog.
Many items have quantity limits.
If materials are not available for the requested date, an "O" will appear on your order form. Please REORDER if you would still like to receive this item. Quantity shipped will appear on the order form.
