Content monitoring software to examine network activity and give administrators visibility into activity that goes against Acceptable Use Policies (AUPs). In-depth reporting and monitoring capabilities with an appliance to archive web activity and generate reports.
Dell Warranty Support
Provision of a Dell Certified System Engineer (DCSE) Technician to provide Dell warranty support for any Dell workstation, server or laptop according to Dell warranty support timelines.
Disaster Recovery Plan Services
Assistance in the completion of a District Disaster Recovery Plan. Review of district documentation with recommendations of any needed changes and assistance in finalization.
E-mail Alerts
E-mail alerts of security issues as they arise for district corrective action.
E-mail Scanning Services
Scanning of e-mail to eliminate worms, viruses and SPAM.
Equipment Relocation Service
Relocation of server, firewall and router equipment to Center beyond 30 days with Internet Services through ESC-20.
Internet Access Services
Internet access including IP address allocation, domain registration, domain name service, web site hosting, e-mail accounts, router management and technical support.
Laptop Cart Rental Service
ESC-20 will provide rental equipment at your location (based on unit availability).
Equipment Weekly Fee
Wireless Cart (10 Laptops) including Access Point and Printer.
Laptop Tracking/Recovery Services
Access to a website to download Computrace Complete software onto Windows and Macintosh laptop computers for tracking and theft recovery. There is a recovery guarantee of $1,000.
Network Assessment Services
A full assessment of district network vulnerabilities including documentation, diagrams and recommendations. Access to a website/FTP site for patches and hotfixes. Remote assistance for security issues. E-mail alerts of security issues as they arise.
Network Diagramming Services
Logical and physical diagrams on cut sheets, 8 ½ x 11 and CD-ROM Visio and PDF documentation.
Network Support Days
District network support (as needed) for any issues or maintenance to district networks.
Podcast Hosting
Host for podcast in a secure environment. Space ranges from 250 MB - 20 GB.
Remote Backup Services
Access to a local (onsite) and remote appliances (located at ESC-20 and BitLeap) to place backup data and/or e-mail archive via encrypted communication lines.
Remote Support Services
Remote assistance via the Internet for servers, Macintosh and PC systems, applications, operating systems, networking devices, videoconferencing equipment, satellite equipment and web problems from 7:30 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. daily with access to an on-call phone.
Satellite Support Service
Three (3) days of support and maintenance of satellite equipment including replacement of defective low noise block (LNB) and a receiver loaner unit provided pending repair.
Sharepoint Hosting
Host a Sharepoint Collaboration service in a secure environment. Ranges of disk space from 250 MB - 20 GB and users from 200 - 1,500 (based on ADA), setup and e-mail support.
Technology Assessment Service
Assess available technology including hardware, software and bandwidth. Survey district staff regarding technology needs and satisfaction level.
Technical Interview Assistance
Assistance in the review and selection of technical staff. Review of job applications with ranking information for interviews and participation in interviews.
Technical Support
Consultation, configuration and support for servers, PCs, applications, phone switches, operating systems, networking devices, videoconferencing equipment, satellite equipment and web databases.
Video Streaming Equipment Rental Service
Rental equipment at your location based on unit availability. Equipment includes: Sonic Foundry equipment and/or Videoconference Room Equipment.
Videoconference Equipment Support
Three (3) days of support and maintenance of videoconferencing equipment including Quality of Service (QOS) for H.323 videoconferencing systems.
Voice Over IP Service
Assessment of district readiness to implement Voice over IP with inventory of needed equipment, connectivity and staffing information.
Wireless Assessment Service
Assessment of district readiness to implement wireless and/or wireless security. Information regarding any needed updates and/or equipment. Training to troubleshoot and correct issues with wireless access points.
