netVision20 focuses on a community network of ESC-20, partner districts and institutions of higher learning to improve learning, expand resources, offer equity of access, provide community benefits and promote efficiency!
The structure of netVision20 consists of the Executive Committee, Steering Committee and Workgroups.

Executive Committee is made up of district superintendents or their designated representatives. They vote on actions brought forward by the Steering Committee meeting twice annually.
Steering Committee examines common issues for workgroup consideration.
The following workgroups have been absorbed into the netVision20 Steering Committee.
Marketing Workgroup has been absorbed into the Steering Committee to consider, review and recommend actions or activities related to increasing membership and participation, improving marketing to non-traditional clients, refining marketing and identifying products that address client needs.
Policies and Procedures Workgroup has been absorbed into the Steering Committee to consider, review and recommend actions or activities related to clarification of membership, reports and documentation to be used for accountability and policies and procedures for non-traditional members such as universities, colleges and public libraries.
Technology Integration Workgroup has been absorbed into the Steering Committee to consider, review and recommend actions or activities related to membership "connecting" to other organizations and effective integration of technology into classrooms.
Workgroups consider items related to accountability, identification of best practices, promotion of cost sharing, cost control and analysis, alignment with e-rate, No Child Left Behind (NCLB), state and national standards and teacher resources as brought forward by the Steering Committee.
Infrastructure Workgroup considers, reviews and recommends actions or activities related to physical connectivity, defining technology requirements for members, clients and partners, develops models for client types and forecasts the impact of growth.
Technical Training Workgroup considers, reviews and recommends actions or activities related to expanding training on system usage.
