Network support services are offered to protect the security of district networks and extend assistance with any issues.
Network Assessment Services
A full network assessment of district vulnerabilities including documentation, diagrams and recommendations are available. Access is provided to a website/FTP site for patches and hotfixes. Remote assistance is provided for security issues. E-mail alerts of security issues are sent as they arise.
Network Diagramming Services (Diagramming ONLY)
Logical and physical diagrams on cut sheets, 8 1/2 x 11 and CD-ROM Visio and PDF documentation.
Network Traffic Prioritization
Traffic prioritization for services or applications identified as needing guaranteed bandwidth over others. Quality of Service (QOS) can be set for such applications and services as online testing, video traffic or voice traffic. Configuration will be performed on network equipment.
Pre-scheduled Network Support
Network support services are provided to districts for any issues or maintenance. Districts can purchase a number of days and use them when they see fit. Options are available for quarterly (4), bi-monthly (6), monthly (12), bi-weekly (24) and weekly (48) support.
