Technical Support Service (Onsite)
Consulation, configuration and support for servers, PCs, applications, phone switch, operating system, networking devices, videoconferencing equipment, satellite equipment or web databases. Three (3) days of support and maintenance of satellite equipment including replacement of defective LNB and receiver loaner unit provided pending repair.
Technical Support Service (via Phone)
Remote assistance is available via the Internet for servers, Macintosh and PC systems, applications, operating systems, networking devices, videoconferencing equipment, satellite equipment and web problems from 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. daily with access to an on-call phone after hours. Calls are based on the criticality and response time desired.
