ESC-20 is a Regional Cisco Certified Networking Academy (CCNA). The role of a Regional Academy is to train teachers who are instructors for local academies at area high schools and colleges. The training for instructors is accelerated, while students learn the material over four (4) semesters.
Using web-based instruction, students learn the conceptual and technical skills to design, install, operate and maintain state-of-the-art computer and small office home office (SOHO) networks. In a lab setting that closely corresponds to the real world, students get their hands on the building blocks of today's global information networks, learning by doing as they design and bring to life local and wide-area networks.
