San Antonio Police Department and Bexar County Sheriff's Office require all school buses involved in any accident to provide a seating chart of who was sitting where on the bus at the time of an accident. This form allows the districts to prepare the forms in advance and mark through any children not on the bus at the time of the accident. The form was developed by Southwest ISD Transportation Division and was coordinated with both the San Antonio Police Department and the Bexar County Sheriff's Office and is used with their permission.
