The Drug and Alcohol Consortium, through the contracted third-party administrator, provides program assistance for drug and alcohol testing in full accordance with current U.S. DOT and FHWA regulations. Fees charged are $35.00 for drug testing and $14.00 for alcohol testing. Member districts receive:
Policy design and review assistance
On-site collection services as desired
Out-of-district, accident-related alcohol and drug driver testing at no additional cost
Record keeping and DOT audit assistance
DOT-mandated supervisor and driver drug and alcohol training classes at modest costs
