ESC-20 offers a series of Strategic Planning sessions to assist districts with the development of beliefs and a mission statement. District and campus Site-Based Decision Making committees are guided in the development of goals, objectives, strategies, and action plans that impact student achievement. Planning, facilitation, and follow-up assistance are provided. (Fee for service)
