Why do I have to create an account?
Your iLearning account lets you keep a history of all registrations processed and training taken through iLearning. That history is tied to your username. You can change employers, e-mail address, name, etc. and still keep all of the training taken through this system in one place. You can access your training history and print/re-print your standard certificate of completion as long as you maintain an active account.

My employer is not on the “drop-down” list (district or campus). How do I get them added to the list?
The drop-down lists were created to ensure that district and campus names are consistent and easily distinguishable. The names used are those published in the TEA Directory – the name you are used to using may not be the same as the one that was published in the directory. County-district numbers and names have been added to ensure accurate identification. The exact naming helps identify and give discounts to districts/campuses that participated in sponsoring cooperatives – the names must match for the computer to recognize and apply the discount.
If your district or campus information is not on the list, call Registration at (210) 370-5671 or e-mail us at registration@esc20.netand ask that they be added. Use the other or blank options until the district or campus is added to the drop-down list.
Is there a way to search the list of districts more quickly?
Typing the first letter of the entry will get you to the beginning of the items that start with that letter, e.g. entering an “s” will get to the first entry that starts with an “s”. You will have to scroll the rest of the way or repeatedly pressing the same letter will move you down the list. Caution: Please don't hit the backspace button during this process as it will cause an error.
