There are 38 Prime and 12 Standard locations. Placement is on a first-come, first-served basis.

EXHIBITOR SETUP/BREAKDOWN HOURS

Wednesday, April 14, 2010, 1:30 p.m. – 5:30 p.m.
Thursday, April 15, 2010, 6:00 a.m. – 8:30 a.m.
Friday, April 16, 2010, 6:00 a.m. – 7:00 a.m.

Set-up must be completed by 8:30 a.m. on April 15, 2010 to exhibit. Breakdown will start at 2:00 p.m. on April 16, 2010. The exhibitor expressly agrees not to dismantle his or her exhibit or to do any packing before the closing of the exhibits.

Present a topic to attendees in 30 minute or one hour sessions. Presentation times carry a fee. Information should be completed on the Exhibit survey including how many times you'd like to present, on which days, audience that the topic applies to and presenter name information. Please be sure to place title, description and audience code information on the appropriate day selected.

Presentation Choices:

Between 1 - 4 30 minute or 1 hour presentations per day.

SHIPMENTS

UNCLAIMED SPACE

Any space not claimed and occupied by 8:30 a.m. on Thursday, April 15, 2010 (Day 1) may be reassigned without refund.

UNLOADING

Exhibitors may unload in front of the Conference Center and proceed to a parking space once unloading is completed.

RESTRICTIONS

• Booth display or signs cannot exceed 8' in height.
• Distribution of promotional material and solicitation of business may be made only within the booth assigned to the exhibitor.
• No tacking or taping of materials on walls.
• Registration/payment must be received by Monday, March 1, 2010.
• Make checks payable to Education Service Center, Region 20 ATTN: Tech Fiesta.

FACILITIES INFORMATION

• Vendors need to obtain Facilities Services approval before securing display materials to the floors, doors, walls, tables and ceilings. Adhesive materials must be approved by Facilities Services prior to use.
• ESC-20 reserves the right to require vendors to make changes to displays that present safety hazards, security concerns or are disruptive to other vendors.
• Only ESC-20 staff are permitted to adjust ESC-20 owned audio/visual equipment.
• Only ESC-20 Meeting Room Attendants may open and/or close movable partition walls.
• ESC-20 is a smoke free facility. There is no smoking on the premises.

ADDITIONAL LUNCHES FOR 2 DAYS

Lunches are available for an additional fee. Four (4) lunches (2 each day) are included with the exhibitor fee.  Additional includes two (2) lunches (1 each day).

Interested in having a web advertisement on the Tech Fiesta conference website?  We're going GREEN!!!  One (1) year advertisements (April 1, 2010 - March 31, 2011).

Select your chose option on your registration form.  E-mail ads as an attachment to techfiesta@esc20.org by March 2, 2010.  GIF or JPEG format accepted.  Maximum file size is 20 KB.  Sizes accepted include medium rectangle 300 X 250, square 250 X 250 or rectangle 180 X 150.
